Our Group

Enthuse is an independent holding company that owns several media businesses with strong niche franchises in the UK and US. The group also allocates its surplus capital to invest in minority positions in strong franchise businesses.

Our Investment Strategy

We have a strong track record of acquiring from large groups seeking to dispose of non-core businesses or assets, as well as owners of smaller businesses looking for an exit. We typically seek to acquire assets or take controlling stakes in businesses, but we have also entered into successful JVs, partnerships and minority investments.

The key to our approach is that we empower operating leaders in each of our businesses.

Our Key Strengths

  • A proven and scalable business model that can readily integrate new businesses on a common platform.

  • An entrepreneurial team, experienced in acquiring, operating and integrating businesses.

  • A digital infrastructure to develop new opportunities.
